Processing time+Landing

Hello,

I'd kindly ask for information please...

1) Based on NEW FSW program and time needed to complete files based on cic website I understand that processing time is way much faster than it used to be e.g. 3-4 months to process? Do you agree?

2) Do I have to land in the city which I indicated in application forms (say Calgary), or I can land wherever I want to e.g. Vancouver?

3) In case that I and my family receive PR, do we have to enter all at the time or my family can join me later. ,
I would like to enter first and settle.

4) At the border, do I have to present to immigration officer all my funds , including bank statements, cash etc? How does it work?

1) Noap even in 3 month they issue PER which is first step to get PR VISA
2) Yes you can land anywhere
3) Can Join later but within time specified (take opinion of other member in this case)
4) the minimum fund reqd is to be shown (either as a cash or bankstatement)
