Processing time is completed

I have submitted my file in July 2016, it's been 19 months and the outcomes of file is still in progress.I am really sick from this process as my friends who have submitted their files after my files, they got visa but not Me. I am really confused with this process and waiting period. Please let me know l, what can I do? Though er had been issued PFL(Procedural Fairness Letter) and we answered it since last 8 months ago.We are completely in darkness with the procedure.I would also like to add here that, we have contacted to local MP several times, but it's waste of time as they are not helping out. I NEED HELP.

If you received a PFL, then they were/are ready to deny your application for whatever reason they had listed in the PFL. That is likely what the hold up is. As stated above, order your GCMS notes to find out if you were able to overcome whatever the reason was for the PFL and they are now progressing through the application as expected.

Also, don't compare others applications to your own. No two are alike as is evidenced by the fact you said you got a PFL. I suspect those friends of yours who got a visa already were not in the same situation.

If a pfl has been issued then unfortunately the standard processing times no longer apply. Your options are ordering gcms notes or doing an enquiry through your mp to check what the hold up is.

If you don't mind sharing, can you tell us what the pfl was about? Also how did you know it was pfl and not simply a request for additional docs?

Procedural Fairness Letter - A letter of intent by CIC to refuse an application (generally due to some form of misrepresentation). It gives the applicant one last opportunity to address reason(s) listed in the letter to the satisfaction of the visa officer before the officer decides whether or not to officially refuse the application.

In notes, they showed us that our documents are not reviewed yet.Even after the PFL was answered with lots of documents and photographs. They are not working with the file.

The PFL was about the questioning for my marriage photographs. We have contacted to MP office,unfortunately they are not showing interest or not helping out us.They said us that the PFL is issued so they are not bounded by processing time.
