Its different for everyone. Some people get it in a matter of weeks or, like JINU86 said, sometimes months. The Delhi office, for example, asks for the passport first and then processes, where as most others ask for passport at the end of the process, So it depends on the visa office and how far backed up they are as well. Thats the most frustrating part. Not knowing. ECAS is no help either, since it is updated irregularly.
