I m from Pakistan and will apply for Canadian work permit after getting LMIA. After applying from pakistan, it may take up to 21 weeks for the final decision on my application.
I contacted a Canadian ircc registered lawyer, he told me that if i apply through A Canadian lawyer from canada, i can get final decision in 35 days....
Is it right plzzzzz guide meeeee

Having a lawyer does not speed up processing.

The person you were talking to is not a lawyer if they are registered with RCC, they are an immigration consultant.

Anyway - neither an immigration lawyer nor an immigration consultant can speed up processing. I would stay away from a person who makes false promises.

With any Immigration consultant or Lawyer processing time can not be faster, and by the way now its shows 37 weeks from Pakistan.

Processing times mainly depend on how our documents and background information is verified by IRCC. Verification time talken for most processes involved here depend on agreement of Government of Canada with stakeholders in the country where application is submitted and the country of origin where applicant is born.

Since nobody can bypass or speed-up all these mandatory processes involved. Therefore, stay away and do not believe in these Fake agents/lawyers
