Processing time for Work Permit at Chandigarh

I have submitted my application for work permit at Chandigarh on 28 April'2014. Can anyone tell me how much does it take to complete the whole process and on average how much time does it take.

initial screening-eligibility-file in queue-checks-medicals-pcc's-security checks all this will consume few months.
