Processing time for visitor visa in Paper application at DELHI office

Is there anyone that has submitted their Visa file to VFS in New Delhi fort TRV- visitor in the recent 1 month or so and got a decision (Approval or Denial)..?

If so, how long did it take you from the day you submitted your file to VFS..?

I am new comer in this blog.,I applied visitor visa at VFS Canada Kathmandu on 18th November 2015 to obtain Canadian TRV Visa.Earlier I visited Canada two times & USA one time.Currently I have valid US B1/B2 Visa.I am Bangladeshi Citizen and currently living in Belgium as temporary resident.As a visitor in Nepal I applied and am confused about upcoming result.Currently my visa application is under process in Delhi and no result come till yet.

Hi,I applied VAC Kathmandu on 18.11.2015 and today (02.12.2015) received mail from VAC KTM that my passport already dispatched from Canadian Visa Office New Delhi to the VAC KTM.
