I applied for my study permit in September, and the average processing time as at then was 14 weeks. However, I've noticed that the processing time keeps fluctuating-it's not at 19 weeks. So, I want to know whether CIC will use the 14 weeks processing time or the current on of 19 weeks. If it's 19 weeks I'll miss resumption on January and I really wouldn't want that.
