hey there - That I cannot answer however I know that a lot of people on this forum use it, and so far it has alerted me on changes and I looked back and people have been using it for a long time here. Let me know what you find out lol (should have thought of that!)

missinghim, use the tracker. The last I checked, it was indexing close to a thousand applications. It merely logs in to eCas on your behalf periodically, and tells you what changes have been made, if any. It's perfectly safe. The site is unable to make changes to your application, nor obtain sensitive information from it.

ok thx but u have to give ur client no. out during registration and client no. isnt it a sensitive private no. that can b used to obtain info with embassy. For instance my hubbyin india recently did an online address change thru that online case specific form n they ask for client no on that form. Who r u registering too ..who obtains ur client no...the guy that set tracker up...im just thinking whoever it is who gets to know ur client no could use it n seek your info w/ embassy..having the client no of someone i can get info. Whenn i called call centre they asked me for client no too n then released info to me. The tracker site says it is not associated to Immigration Canada - that concerns me..a 3rd person getting to kno my client number. It is easy to find names n birth yr n other simple info about someone then if a person gets hold of client number its a piece of cake theyhave everything they need. The fact that thousands use it is not a good enticement for me cuz they could suffer too at some point..someone could get a hold of their client no. too! i could b wrong about all of the above.Maybe i dont know howit works. What do u think?
