Processing Time for Quebec Provincial Immigration Programme

Can somebody tell me how long it will take to get a PR status after getting a CSQ? I am thinking about attending school in Quebec, and found out that I will be qualified to apply to the Quebec Provincial Immigration Programme. It seems like it will take about 10-12 months get a CSQ. I am just wondering when I can expect to get a PR status after submitting all the documents with a CSQ. Thank you for your time.
