Processing time for parents and grandparents New delhi

I sponsored my mother and brother for permanent resident on August 2010 And on March 02 2017 i have received a leter that your file forwarded to New Delhi for further processing.And on March 15 2017 they started processing of application .So i want to know that how much time they will take and what will be the next step of visa office?Thankyou
