processing time for my visitor visa

hi everyone, i have sent my passport and they received it on Oct 1, and im still waiting for my passport and when i called them they said its under process so it has been more than 39 day, so if anyone can help me by telling me when is the process time will finish.

They have a minimum processing time for all visa categories and the processing time differs for different countries so you may want to check out the average processing time obtainable for your country on the cic website.

I've check it and it says minimum 30 day and i must before NOV 18
