Processing time for get visa

who body knows,How much take time for get visa after medical examination from Canada Embassy in Damascuse?

hi,,,,guys.......
i m checking official candian imigration site regularly but i m just finding that it is in process as always....it says that it is been under checking from october,9,2009.i got medical nd i have send my medical results,,,,,,,,,,,,after 6 months of sending medical documents i notified by them to send medical documents again bcoz there was some documents missing in first time...........then after ,i send it again ....5 months r pass by after sending my second time medical documents.......they have send my passports back to me before 5 months nd told me that i will have to send that back when i will get notified,,,,,i didnt get any reply from them for medical results,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i want help form u guys,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,plz help me............ ???
