Processing time for FSW2014 Applications

Can someone tell me the approximate timeline for FSW2014 applications. Lets say the application is submitted in Sept or Oct what happens after that and how much time it takes to get PR in actually your hand.

For example

Application submitted: ...Oct 2014
Application received: ... 2014
Next step: ....

and so on..
