Processing time for dependant babies

Hello everyone !

My babies' PR application has been received by the New Delhi Visa Office a month back. Just want to know the trend of the time taken to receive the passport request.

Me and my wife both are PR holders. I am in Canada while my wife is with my babies in India.

Is there a way to fast track application for babies since they don't need any background clearance.

Any advice would be helpful
