Processing time for AOR

I applied for my PR through OINP program on Oct 14, 2018. It's been more than 2 months and I have not received my AOR yet.

Did anyone who applied during the first or second week of Oct from Toronto have received their AOR?

Now a days AOR takes more time ,now it is around 3 months
