Processing time at new delhi after sending multiple entry package at 7/8 shantip

HI All
Need your help.
I am inviting my parents on multiple entry visitor visa to canada. The visitor visa package was shipped from gujarat to new delhi 7/8 shantipath,chanakyapuri on 12th feb 2013 thru bluedart courier. We have given PO Box 5209 address to blue dart . But since they dont deliver at po box,they have sent it to 7/8 shantipath.
They received on 13-feb -2013 9:55 AM .
It has been 2 weeks and my DD have not been encashed. I came to know after we inquire at the bank.
Usualy visitor visa takes hardly 5 days to process. I am realy confused and dont know whats going on at new delhi?

Any inputs/advice is appriciated. Please help.

You did a mistake by applying to ND directly, if this was done via VFS then it would have taken 1 week for response for either a) Medical or B) Passport stamped with visa

Since, you sent to ND directly, you can count a month for processing with mailing time

Thansk for the response user 828.. Yes i did a big mistake by sending it at ND office. it has been a month now .
I also checked with my bank. DD was encashed on 2nd March 2013. Dont know what else i can do in this.

If DD was cashed then it's a good sign, it takes 5-6 days for mailing so be patient. Thats the best you can do
You can email Delhi but don't expect a reply soon
