Processing time after submission of application

In our case its been almost 10 months from the submission and still waiting. Have requested for GCMS notes and that is yet to come out as well after 8 weeks. Reaching out to call center is not giving much information either. Any direction ?

Besides waiting you can order GCMS notes again, raise CSE or call IRCC. When you call IRCC you have to be specific otherwise they won’t give you any information. When I call, I don’t ask about updates about my status. I ask specifically about the status of eligibility and security. If you are in Canada, you can also reach to your MP to know the status of your file. I know the waiting is frustrating. I am at 8.5 months and waiting too. Pray and be hopeful.
