My wife ( sponsor living in canada ) is confused about the fees that she should pay to send her demand to sponsor me to Mississauga . Not gonna lie , I'm also confuse. she is about to pay the fees but dont know how much she should pay.

It says sponsor = $75
Principal applicant= $475.
And then at bottom of the table it says "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" = $490.

can somebody explain us, when ,how, what?

The processing fees (75 + 475) must be paid before submitting the application, and the receipt must be included in the file.

The RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee) can be paid up-front, during processing or when the VO asks for it. If you pay it during processing, you will have to send the receipt to Mississauga and inform the VO through mail. If wait for the VO to request the payment, your timeline will be delayed with a few weeks, a month at most.

If you pay the RPRF only when the VO asks for it, you will be sure that the application is about to be approved - they usually request the receipt the same time with the passport, right before issuing the visa. If you pay up-front or during processing and the application is denied, the RPRF will be refunded in a few days.

If you've never applied for anything through the CIC before (eg. A Canadian born Citizen) then you won't have one.
