Hello, it says in the website that it should be 16 days for processing a visitors visa in the Philippines.My aunt submit her application on Dec 02, 2013. And there is no response yet. 
If they give response more than the processing days that they required...do they n ormally deny the applicant? or maybe its a busy season thats why it takes them a little bit longer to decide crossing my fingers
