processes for applying in Nominee program

i want to know what are the processes for applying in Province Nominee program ?

Dear sshehab
Provincial nominee program is based upon capacity of each province that can give opportunity to persons who have relatives in province .You should first compelet application of province that you can find it in provinces websites .After you get apply online province accept you and your file send to centralized intake office to federal consideration;when they confirm you your file send to a visa section in your area and they review your file and after taking medical your visa would be send out .

Step 3: wait (depends on province)
Step 4: province nominate you
Step 5: apply at federal office
Step 6: Wait again (depends on visa office)
Step 7: medical checkup, security clearance, submit passport

so do i need to pay anything in the initial submission to NS , or i will pay the fees after i receive the nomination letter and submit my package to CIC ?

thanks I know the fees but I don't know when I suppose to pay them in the initial submission or after getting the nomination letter. ?

guys help me and my husband is trying to apply as provincial nominee in manitoba
we're trying to apply online but we are encountering an error on the family/relayives portion.
just want to ask if our sponsor needs to submit the part2 of our settlement plan before we proceed with our
online application. pls help me. thanks.
