Processed passport has been dispatched from visa office to application center

Hello,am new to this and I kindly need help.i submitted my necessary documents to the visa application center on the 4th of October and I got an email today stating my processed passport has been dispatched from the visa office to the application center and it normally takes 3 to 4 months for them to process it in Ghana.i didn’t receive any email to do my medicals .Does it mean my visa has been approved or rejected

It means a decision has been made by the VO, go and pick it up and fortunately you can see the letter of medical request to do medical.... Wish u good luck
