Process time from Islamabad, Pakistan

I am new to the forum. My wife and I just gave our medical exams on 10 Feb 2010

The medical exam results are sent to CIC in New Delhi. Anyone know approximately how long it will take to receive the passport request from Islamabad CIC?

Yesterday, one applicant who had medicals in August 2009, received PPR.

CHC-ISB has not issued any Fast Track Visa to those applicants who had medicals after July 2009. Your turn may come up after 3-4 months.

However, when CHC-ISB was issuing Visas last year, normally they ask for passport after 18-25 days of medical.
