Hello,
I was just wondering and found out I could apply in Canada or apply in South Korea(outside Canada).
I found out South Korea has 6 month for 80% which is pretty fast so I'm asking
if I could apply as "outside Canada" while being here in Canada together with me.
My spouse and the dependent child has a student visa, we paid tuition to be together.

Thank You!

you should apply outland means your partner must be living in korea. you cannot apply in korea because everything is sent to missisauga.

So are you saying even though my family is currently living in Canada. I can still choose to process "outside of Canada" so my application is sent to South Korea after it been approved by CIC-M?

that is not true at all. you can apply outland while living in Canada. The only thing to worry about is that if they require an interview you would have to go back to Korea.

that's perfectly fine with me since Korea's timeline is 3 months for 30% and 6 months for 80%.

You can apply outland while you're staying in Canada. If interview is required, it will be in Korea. You should also make sure you keep status in Canada, don't let visa expired. If it's going to be expired, you can extend. In case extension is rejected, you must leave Canada.
