Hi,

I got an opportunity in Canada, I want to apply for my Visa, I have an active 498a and Contested Divorce proceedings going on for 2 years now, Status of the case

1) 498A- Charge sheet filed, got station bail, in the early stage at the court
2) Divorce- About to enter into cross-examination stage

What is the procedure If I have to apply for Work Visa, and what are the chances of getting the Visa??

So you have an approved LMIA. You apply for a closed work permit. Include all information on divorce proceedsings. No one can tell you chances because don’t know the job/NOC and your experience to do the job.

You'll need to wait for the 498A case to be resolved before you can come to Canada.

I have a friend who has his business there in Canada, he told that he will get me a LWIA, so that I go there and find a job, I am a developer based of bangalore, I am earning 30lpa.. How much pay I can expect in canada? and is 498a is a showstopper? or I can get the approval from court for travel so that my Visa will be processed??

So you don’t even have an approved LMIA yet to apply for a closed work permit? So you have time since your friend needs to apply, pay for and have the business eligible for a LMIA. Once you have a LMIA, you can apply for a closed work permit. Get ECA for degree to show you have the education to match the job/NOC. You cannot go there a find a job as you must only work for the employer/friend named on the LMIA. So ask your friend how much he is going to pay you. The company must offer a salary that the median for that region.

Don’t know enough about 498a and if it makes you inadmissible. You cannot proceed with any permit while it is pending with no decision.

498a is a show stopper. It's not about getting permission from the courts to travel. The issue is that you are inadmissible to Canada while you have charges pending. You will need to wait until the court charges are resolved before you can apply to come to Canada.
