Process of sponsoring spouse

Dear All,

I am a PR holder residing in Canada and got married recently. My Husband is in India and I would like to sponsor him through outland application. Can someone guide me on the process as in what should I be doing first? Should any changes be made to my CIC Account as at the time I received my PR, my status for the application was single.
