I am currently in canada studying and my studies will finish next year, if my part time employer will write recommendation or LMIA for me is it possible to get PR by the end of course? Or it is mandatory to gain one year full time experience to apply for PR! Please anybody help with the process?

A recommendation from your employer won't help at all.

Generally speaking, you need at least one year of skilled work experience either inside or outside of Canada to apply.

You'll need to determine which program you would be applying under and if you meet the requirements and/or have enough points to be selected.

For FSW/Express Entry, you need at least 1 year of continuous work experience in a skilled NOC and would also need to have 480+ points to have a good chance of being selected.

For PNP, the answer will depend on what province you are in. You will need to research the PNP programs for your province.
