Process of immigration on wife student visa.

Dear Members,

My GF got study visa, in future we are planning marriage, after how many months she can come back for marriage, is there any limitation like you can not leave canada for so n so period, what is the immigration process for me to go with her or later.However i am also planning to file PR,but it will take long, so please suggest which is the best suited or shortest path suitable path for me.
