Hi,

can anybody tell me how to get envelop flap sealed from the university means is it mandatory to get Wax sealed or simple stampd seal also fine.

please clear this doubt when i asked this my university they said normal ink stamped seal to use for flap cover to close the envelope.

need urgent advice on this.

The document requirements for INDIA on WES website nowhere mention the word "wax" so ink stamped flap with clear tape will also do. Dont worry.

Thanks for the information, i got my envelop with a small square stamp (Controller of Examinations) with sign of the authority on the flap. I am still waiting to send that envelop to WES. Expecting more help before sending.

Thanks for your support ESZB definitely i will PM you when required, but now i received the small square stamp with sign on flap of the envelop (I dont know i am not fully satisfied with the stamp) is it fine for me to send to WES or i need to inform this to my university.

Well if the flap has been sealed with glue and has been signed across then its fine. This is the standard requirement of an authentic seal.

It is however recommended to get more than one signature across the flap and an additional measure you can take is to get the flap additionally sealed with a transparent tape so that the signatures are visible underneath.

I have another query please help me in this. what is the use of " International Transcript Request Form" why it is required and what record university attached with this form is it transcript? if yes then is it mendatory for the institutions to add transcript including marksheets in the envelopes ? i
