Process delaying in passport submission at Canada visa helpline

I have got a ppr and tried to reach vfs passport submission services via emails and didn't get any response. I opted a premium membership and they told me that i will receive payment link for passport pickup and drop yet i didn't work as they said it's been a more than a week since i got my ppr i also sent them the all documents which they are requesting to send by mail but they didn't look at. Please tell me what should I do?
