This is my understanding
You have 6 months to accept the nomination. After accepting, you have 14 days to submit your documents to OINP. They take couple of months to process and once they give their approval, you have to update your EE profile and get the additional 600 points.
Then you get ITA and go through CIC process and submit their docs - so another 6 months to get PR.
Someone can confirm if this is correct or not.
