Process after getting PPR

We applied as a family for SP and SOWP together from Abu Dhabi. We both got the PPR last week.

However, the VFS office in Abu Dhabi is closed since 14th Jan. The VFS helpline is not helping much for the details of the process now. Can someone give some guidance on what to do from here onwards.

Their website says it will reopen tomorrow (26-01-21)
