First of all congrats for ITA...

Yes you definately need to have PCC for all the countries you lived in as of today. Regarding medicals, it is better to submit Upfront Medicals to minimize the processing times.

Good luck

Agree - click "Continue Application" and you will see the similar interface as the Express Entry Profile. That is to update all the info you had in EE profile. After that is completed click "Continue" and will lead you to your personal document checklist.

You will have to provide an upfront medical report (the clinic will provide the document) and one PCC per country where you have lived for 6 months or more in a row. General guideline said "Since you were 18" but in my personal document checklist there's no such condition - so make sure you follow the personal document checklist requirement tightly not just on general guideline.

Hope that helps :)

say one lived in Canada for 10y and the UK for 10y.
Does that individual have to get PCC from Canada as well?

I think they still want PCC even if you are currently in Canada.
question is to what extent (every country you've ever been living in for 6 month +)

Edit: NO for Canada. CIC will do their own PCC for Canada.

I got a scholarship to study in USA in 2008, I have lived there for one year. Do I need a PCC from USA as well?

Oh!!, I phrased it wrong, definitely need PCC for all countries where you lived for min. 6 months or more, including your home country. For Canada, CIC will ask you if needed ....

You need to apply well ahead, as USA FBI Summary report takes at least 12-14 weeks to get issued.
