The first point relates to your husband. He can provide a photo-copy of his LMO.

Proof of funds is for both of you.

Hello Summerr !!

Thanks for replying.
There is one more query.
I am currently working with IT firm in India. So BEFORE applying for the "Open Work Permit Visa as a spouse" I SHOULD RESIGN FROM THAT FIRM ??
N should i provide my job experience letter with VISA application ?

N

HOW WOULD IT AFFECT MY VISA APLLICATION ? ( any adv. ) as Is it considered as to show link with your own country ( India ).

Hi,

Can anyone please reply to my above queries.

Thanks

Why would you put your resignation? Do it only when you get your visa!

I need to resign as i need to serve 2 months notice also after resignation .

Hi Eva,

You should not resign now. In private sector, there is a term to serve during notice period but no one do nothing if u quiet.

rest is your choice.

Thanks for replying Sanjay and Summerr !!

My point of resignation is only for the reason that by the time i will serve my notice period ( 2 months) , i will get my visa ( fingers crossed ) and then i can be with my husband sooner.

Please give your suggestions on this.
n what other specific points that i need to take care of while applying ?

Please suggest on my above posts.

As its mandatory to serve 2 months notice in my firm and i want to accompany my husband as soon as i get Visa, that is why i thought of resigning before marriage.

How will this effect my application ?

Your suggestions are much appericiated.
Thanks.
