Procedure for Spouse Visa for Canada

Hi

My Partner is on open work permit in Winnipeg ,canada. His PR application is also in progress. We would be getting married soon.So as a spouse after marriage for which visa i would apply to go to canada and stay there with my husband. Please describe the complete procedure and all the documents required to apply from my end. and also tell me about the processing time from India. Early reply would be really helpful !!
