Procedure for PCC (stayed in the US and India)?

Hi,

I received an ITA and I am now working towards gathering the PCC document. I lived 8 years in the US and moved to India in 2021. I will need PCC from both the countries.

1. To get PCC in India: Should I get it from local district police station or the post office? I am at present in New Delhi.
2. To get PCC from the US: What is the procedure?
