I hold a PGWP, my spouse applied for an open work permit. He got a procedural fairness letter for not declaring his US visa refusal. He replied to the letter through the help of an immigration lawyer, although it wasn't intentional but unfortunately we have to face the consequences. We are really hoping for the best too. Here are my questions, how long does it take to get a final decision? Has anyone gotten a favorable decision as regards to this before? God forbid, if he get a 5 years ban to Canada, is it going to affect my stay or my PR application in the future? Thank you as I await your response.
