Hi
I applied for federal skilled visa two years back and today received something called procedural fairness letter in which they said that one of the places I worked at doesn't have any record of me which was four years back. If I don't respond to it they will cancel my file and also put section 40(3) rendering me inadmissible for five years. I will be responding to them. Any help for responding will be greatly appreciated as this is very stressing after two years wait I got this response. The inadmissibility part is worse.
Please guide.
Thanks

You need to provide additional proof that you did in fact work for this company. What evidence did you provide with your application originally?

Experience letter. It mentioned my salary which was paid in cash and responsibilities etc.

Since they said there is no record, I asked the school where I worked they said they don't keep record of staff paid in cash beyond two years. However they are fine with giving me another letter stating that actually worked and they don't keep that much record but the phone number and all wil be there. However the school also said that they did not receive any verification or inquiry so I was wondering how did they contact them.

Based on the letter you received, CIC must have contacted your employer.

Anyway - I would definitely include the new letter from your employer. What evidence can you provide that you were paid? Personal bank statements or deposit records? Tax returns? Anything?

As a counsellor there my salary was not taxable. I do have bank statement of that time. But that wouldn't necessarily reflect the salary as I might not have always deposited the money as I got it- sometimes used it, sometimes deposited as a collection. So it wouldn't reflect the salary thing but there were transactions

This is very stressing. I seriously don't know how to convince them. Moreover I was wondering how much are the chances they will accept the letters and sort it out. More so the five year ban is more problematic because my fiancé is in Canada and I want to join him soon.

My visa office is Poland. Haven't got medical request yet. Just this procedural letter
This is strange why have you got this letter after 2 years of your submitting PR application.
Can you provide your timeline here and have you checked your ecas status when did they actually start processing your application and where are you currently based in?
