I have a postdoctoral contract of two years in Toronto, I need to go to Toronto with my wife and two kids, so I did a workpermit application for me, a ope workpermit for my wife a visitor visa for my youngest (3 years old) and a visitor visa for mey older child (6 years old). Yesterday I received a letter from the IRCC saying that I should
"submit a new application in the right category (Study Permit) and pay the processing fee" for my older son but I am not being abble to do it: I dont know how I should do this new application for my son, I cant find any information about that, and I cant find any telephone number or contact to talk to someone that could help me. I need some assistence please. Does anybody knows how to solve this situation?
