Hi all,
I am inland fsw. In terms of work experience, I have a letter of employment signed by my previous immediate supervisor( with no company seal) on a letterhead with everything listed as per IRCC requirement.
I understand the importance of supporting documents. All I have is bank statement and tax records, which are both "fragmental": The first few months of my 3 years' salary credits are missing in my bank statement because the system only keeps 5 years of records; about one year in the tax records is also missing due to a "system crash". The time periods cannot completely cover for one another.
So can I provide an LOE and get by?
Thanks in advance. This is giving me sleepless nights...

Can you prove it through your business cards, contract, employee card etc?

As far as I understand it the letter from your employer and LOE is all you *need*. Anything else is just nice to have.

Are there cases where people got PR with only letter of employment?

I will be submitting only the letter of employment, but I haven't sent my application as of yet. I can certainly keep you posted from my personal experience but from what I've read here there are definitely people who have only submitted the letter of employment and got PPR :)

Thanks man, we are definitely in similar situations in this respect. Another question: if I got invited and cannot provide all the documents in 90 days. Can I withdraw my case and immediately get in the pool again??
THank you!

If you decline ITA voluntarily within 90 days, your profile goes back immediately to pool and is eligible for next draw.
