problems in spouse sponsored form. Please help.

I received my medical forms on 7th march , 2010. along with the medical form I also received spouse sponsor Questionnaire.I filled the form
completed medical examination and I submitted all those with the passports on 18th of march 2010. But I made some mistakes in spouse sponsored questionnaire. The marriage date was different from marriage certificate In marriage certificate : 2 dec , 2009 and in the form I filled mistakenly 31st Dec , 2009.
What happens now ? Is it a serious problem ? Will they ask for clearance or additional information ? Or directly they reject the case ? iam really embarassed and disappointed ? Seniors please help .

Hi,

I don't think that will be considered as any serious mistake. The CIC consider the correct date what is given in the marriage certificate.
