I've contacted the tech support for Adobe, and they either direct me to someone else or don't answer. It's been over two weeks they aren't helping me. 
Anyone else have this problem? I try to validate the form and it says that it cannot because there's a gap in information or whatever. I've tried filling it out in different ways. Even downloaded the form and refilled it out! It's not letting me do it!
What's wrong?
The dates are correct and I'm not filling it out wrong. I need this done! Time is running out.
