Problem with validating form - need tech help

I've contacted the tech support for Adobe, and they either direct me to someone else or don't answer. It's been over two weeks they aren't helping me.

Anyone else have this problem? I try to validate the form and it says that it cannot because there's a gap in information or whatever. I've tried filling it out in different ways. Even downloaded the form and refilled it out! It's not letting me do it! What's wrong?

The dates are correct and I'm not filling it out wrong. I need this done! Time is running out.

have you tried using a different browser? that usually helps clear up issues.

Try today's date (so 2017-01) and try to validate with Ongoing checked. If it fails, when you print the form out, tick 'Ongoing'.

I've tried that. I've tried several dates. And it still won't validate. Plus, the CIC site says it has to be validated? Is it okay if I print is off without validating?

It generates barcode pages. So it needs to validate. If you put 2017-01 in the box, and un-tick 'ongoing' it does not validate?

Maybe it's considering 2015-08 and 2015-09 a gap?

Maybe. I'm trying to play with it to see. It keeps highlighting the year number though.

I wonder if the year highlight is the pdf's way of telling you it's that row that has the problem?

You must have been right! I refilled out everything and left no gaps even in months. It validated! Thank you so much! Apparently it pings if anything on the column is wrong, but doesn't highlight what might actually be wrong.
