Hi there!

I saved all the forms (sponsoring a spouse) on my computer and worked on it a few weeks and this week it happens when I open my files it says in Adobe Reader:

This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author of the original version of this document.

Does anybody knows what this problem is??
I have it with all my files that I filled in. I didn't had problems with saving in the past and suddenly Adobe doesn,t want to cooperate, grrr!!
I really need to fix this problem, because I don't want to write it manually. Typing and printing it out is more clean!

Thanks!
Eilnaz

CIC has changed a form in February 2015. I believe it was IMM 008 form. Perhaps this is the issue that you are having.

It happens with 2 forms if I remeber well.
You have to start over again.

I have it with all my files that I saved unfortunately. And it was a lot of work.. :(

How do you guys fill it in? You print it out and fill it in manually? Or did you guys saved it on your computer as well?

I took EVERY information I needed for each form and fullfilled one by one.
It's boring, really boring.
I don't know if you can print and sign by hands since we have two forms that you must validate in order to generate barcodes.

Oh really? That's true you need to validate. Im trying to download Adobe reader again on my computer..

My files are all secured , i see that when the file opens, it written left on top next to the name of my file.
Maybe its because of that that I have problem with filling it in..

Lets hope if I download a new Adobe it works but I have the same problem with other computers as well, so to be honest I think its the way I saved my files.

What I did on the advice of another member was installed Foxit and with that you can save it, open it and print from there without any problems.

Which version of Adobe reader do you have ? I faced the exact problem. It happens after you type in a multi line field and save and exit and open the doc again.
I remember installing a later version of Adobe Reader and may be I did some changes in Preferences. Sorry I do not recall more. I have Adobe Reader XI.
