Problem with Proof of funds

Hello,

I do my banking with RBC and have requested them to provide me the Bank Summary Letter which they have agreed to do however they are not providing the 6 month average balance.

They said they don't do it and I have to use the last 6 months bank statements which they will stamp to showcase as a proof of funds to IRCC.

Has anyone faced this problem with RBC? What should i do now?

I'm not with RBC but yes my bank refused it too but I had the rest of the requirement in the letter, attached bank statements and an LOE saying that my bank doesn't provide personalized letter. It was fine.
