Dear friends,

My application for FSWP under NOC category code 0711(Construction managers), received in Sydny yesterday 14.05.2014. I just realized that in the Fee Payment Form, I forgot to put the CVV code of my credit card. Rest of the form is filled correct.
I'm really worried now, because CIO may send my application back as to be incomplete.
What can I do now? Can I resubmit the corrected form or it does not work.
I would appreciate if any can through some light on this issue with experience.

Your application will be returned because the FSW fee can not be charged
due to missing CVV code.
I will suggest that you fill that form correctly and resubmit your
application once you receive the submitted one from CIC within the next 2-3months

I mailed a corrected form to CIO and requested them to replace it with the form that I have previously sent. Do you think they will replace it or not?

They probably won't be able to match up your new form with your original application. However it's worth a try. Good luck and let us know how things work out for you.

It's a difficult one, but it's worth the try. They usually treat documents as whole once received. But you may want to follow up with a call whenever the correct form arrives the CIO, and choose the option to speak to an agent...

Lets know how it goes..

Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

I will try to call them Tomorrow. I have heard that they only answer telephone calls from inside Canada. Are you sure that they will answer.

hi there i have the same issue but with mine, i entered a wrong cvv code.. is there any news regarding yours? Thanks..
