mistake in fee payment form , How to correct it

Please help me by giving suggestion . I did mistake in typing CVV no of credit card in fee payment form, My application was received on 06.10.14. What I can do now , how to send the corrected form . How do I know my application status .

Hi,
if you have a UCI, then it is easy for CIC to attach the same to your prior documents.
if not, then send details like date of app, time recevied, full name, surname, address, telephone number, noc and then hopefully CIC can link up the fresh documents with the previous ones.

I send corrected form with cover letter and details of me DOB, Passport No , Date of Delivery , Address, email , phone no . I hope it eill reach there by 5 working days. I do not know what will happen to it ,
