Problem uploading the IMM5710E form

I've been trying to upload the IMM5710E form for a work permit extension application for almost a week now but I have been getting the same error everytime I upload.

Error: The form you have uploaded was not accepted.
Error Description:
Your document contains invalid entries. Please review your document and retry.

I am able to "validate" the pdf and generate the barcodes. However, I always get the above error during the upload. I have triple-checked the data I have entered in the form. Is there anyone experiencing the same issue? How did you resolve it?

Which web browser are you using as sometimes this happens based on something as simple as that so try firefox or safari or IE or even chrome

I've tried different browsers and used different computers but no luck.

Download the form again from your check list. You try to upload old version of the form. This form must be March 2017.

I had the same problem. I sent a technical report and it was resolved within few days. I would advice to do same if you are still having this issue.

I am having the exact same issue, been on this stage for 2 weeks now. I will send a technical report now. Is there any onelse that experienced this and how was it solved?

My error message is: The form you have uploaded was not accepted.
Error Description: Your status expiry date in the answer you provided previously does not correspond to the Restoration in your form. Modify your answers or the value in your form.

I have checked all dates and answers and they all seem to be correct.
