PROBLEM RECEIVING US POLICE CLEARANCE/SUMMARY REQUEST

hi everybody! im new here

does anyone here experienced not receiving their summary request?

i have a problem with my summary request. i called fbi last sept and told me my request has been sent last aug. 18 but i never received it. what i did was requested to send it back, it was sent last nov. 9 but still i havent received it,. our local postmaster could not locate it since it was send thru first class mail. i dont know if our post office here in the philippines is the problem or what..

any suggestion/comment.. thank you

Obtaining an Affidavit from the Embassy of Canada to Romania

Hi,
I am planing to get married the next year and I want to know.
does it take 3 days to get this Affidavit to get marry? Can I obtain it the same day if i present the papers? can I do it by mail?

it is a certificate to get marry in romania, I wish to get this paper can be in 1 day
