Problem: No file transfer.

Hi! I'm outland paper based applicant, got first AOR on March14, 2017 and is waiting for second AOR (file transfer to local visa office) lond time. It has already passed 53 days since first AOR.

Is it normal or its time to contact Sydney? In what way contact them by phone or email or CSE? Or maybe contact local VO?

What you can suggest me to do?

there are many at the moment who are waiting for FT with AOR after 9th March .. I would suggest to be patient and wait for the email from the Local Visa Office.

If you want you can raise CSE or Call CIC at 0016139444000 ... but this won't help as they would give you a templated reply after you have waited for around 20min on an international call.

If you are NDVO Applicant, then please note that, NDVO is currently issuing Student Visas and not focusing on Immigration files.

Im also waiting for medicals from past 2 months.

If you are inland, you will not receive a so called second AOR.

It looks like both will be sent together. Means FT with clubbed MR. This feature is only for some lucky and smart people.

I have an August AOR from CIO but have had nothing since to indicate my file has been transfered.

Is this normal or should I put in a CSE? The AOR basically said don't contact us until the billed processing time has elapsed which is currently - 18 Months.

I am Jan12 AOR but till the time waiting for FT and MR email. I came to know that no one received FT from Sept onwards. Please respond
