Hello Guys,

I just checked the tracking of my documents to WES and got a little surprised as it is above my knowledge. So would like to request all to please help me and guide in the process. The status as per DHL website reads -

This is normal. DHL has a NA hub at Cincinnati most probably and they will reroute it to the final destination from there.

Yeah its normal..dont be amazed if its routed to Europe after that before finally coming to Canada..!! Its how it comes sometimes..

That's usually how the logistics work for courier companies. It's usually based on the higher traffic routes. DHL is has a big network. Your documents will reach the destinantion on time. Relax.

Manisha,

They charged INR 1290/-. All you need to do is when you called them up to pick up your documents, make sure that you do mention that the delivery is for the University purpose as WES comes under DHL University offer.

Yes Fedex got that offer BUT only if you order online and pay upfront i.e. online only before picking up WHILE they too got the same pricing as DHL.

Well, I couriered through DHL and they are good at par my experience, so you can consider using that. Rest, final choice is totally yours.

Regarding Fees,I have paid 1700 Rs/-. One Thing i have i noted , in Bill receipt DHL considers courier weight 500/- gm which is actually not that much. So May be we can bargain with this and reduce the courier price. As per new WES rule I have send courier from university area from where DHL employee collects couriers for all aspirants of abroad.

I think they haven't scanned your documents in their systems.
Now, what's the status? and how much time it took to reflect after getting it delivered?
